Stand-ins for the President Elect and the coming First Lady…stand-ins for VP Elect and his wife…practice…practice…practice walks down the steps of the US Capitol to the podium… to assigned seats…walking down Pennsylvania Avenue…waves to imaginary crowds…one big, huge dress rehearsal for the nation’s 58th Presidential Inaugural swearing-in and the Inaugural Parade. This past Sunday was a dry-run… a stunning effort to address this immensely…monumental logistical, security, protocol, media coverage, crowd control quadrennial inaugural event.
